  • Photographic evidence if the product is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item due to personal preference (change of mind), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider; processing times can vary.

Our wall art photography products are fulfilled through Gelato's global print-on-demand network. Gelato maintains rigorous quality control standards to minimize defects and ensure high-quality products. However, should any product arrive defective or damaged, we will arrange an immediate replacement at no additional cost to you.
